About project
This project is inspired by Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint longevity protocol. I admire his mission, but his superhuman lifestyle is out of reach for most of us. Billionaires can delegate - we can’t. Most of us live hectic lives caught in a never-ending cycle of events that wreck our routines. Time constraints and hands-on work define our limits.
Still, I care about brain health and the well-being of my friends, so I’m sharing my own framework - not to “save humanity,” but to nudge friends toward a smarter, healthier life. My approach is grounded, real-world, and affordable: around $3K/year (versus Bryan’s $15–25K–$2M).
This project is built on a decade of self-experimenting, constant tracking, and applying science to daily life. My goal isn’t to live forever - it’s to keep my brain sharp for as long as possible so I can keep solving complex problems longer.
I’ve read the studies, seen what aging looks like after 40–50 - and it’s ugly enough to act early. Since this is my only life, I choose control. That choice became the protocols shared here.
This isn’t advice to copy supplements or routines. The only thing I endorse is mindfulness - whatever you do. If facing yourself feels uncomfortable, that’s normal - responsibility usually is.
But while awareness can hurt, delusion kills.
